Dale has dedicated the last several decades building the firm’s successful Civil and Environmental engineering practice to successfully serve clients nationwide.
Through Dale’s years of hands on experience in the field, team building and business development, he has established the firm’s best practices in surveying, topographies, land development, subdivisions and environmental services.
His planning experience includes design services for Site Plans, Subdivision Plans with Planning, And Zoning Board Applications and Approvals. With his courtroom experience, Dale has driven many successful projects as a municipal planner and has lead planning services for Green Acres, TEA-21 Grant applications & title transfers for land development applications and subdivisions.
Dale is a recognized Environmental Consultant who has worked with NJDEP, DENREC, USACE on complicated applications, including Wetlands, Waterfront Development, CAFRA and Tidelands. Dale is managing the firm’s nationwide civil and environmental engineering practice having hands on involvement on all projects.
