Practice Director, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Middle East

Doruk is the Senior Practice Director of professional services for the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Middle East region.

Doruk has an extensive background in engineering, architecture, design and construction management services having completed projects within the United States and throughout the world.  

Mr. Erbay received his Master of Construction Management degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and obtained a B.S. in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University in Istanbul. He is a licensed architect from Chamber of Architects of Turkey.

Doruk began working with Boston and Seeberger managing projects in the Western region which led to the successful buildup of the Middle Eastern practice.

Through his vast experience of design and construction management he has exceeded $565M in budget throughout the last decade. Mr. Erbay has devoted his attention to the creative and conceptual aspects of the firm's projects as well as the business and management of the firm’s Middle Eastern practice.

Prior to Boston and Seeberger, Doruk worked with the leading global construction management firm Vanir, where he managed a vast portfolio of commercial, mixed use, hospitality and university clients.

Doruk has recently received the global award of design excellence from the European Property Awards organization for his outstanding work on the Renk Mobile project.
