Mark W. Flory

Mark W. Flory is Boston and Seeberger’s general council and specializes in construction, contract strategies & negotiation, insurance, claims and commercial litigation.
Mark received his undergraduate degree (cum laude) from UCLA in 1976 and his law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1979. He was a Distinguished Advocate in the law schools Moot Court Honors Program. Mark is a founding member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association and a member of the American Bar Associations Litigation and Tort and Insurance Practice sections. He is past Vice-Chair of the Appellate Advocacy Subcommittee, and past Chair and Vice-Chair of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Subcommittee.
He has spoken on insurance litigation at various TIDA, ABA and insurance industry seminars, and has published articles in the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal and The Brief magazine, as well as in the Defense Research Institute's For The Defense magazine.
Mark has tried contract, insurance, reinsurance and general liability cases to verdict in the state and federal courts and in binding reinsurance arbitration. In addition to Mark’s legal expertise he is an expert on fine wines and has written in several food and beverage magazines and journals.
